Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the“Company”) is committed to establishing a sustainable packagingsupply chain, emphasizing green and low-carbon initiatives tocreate sustainable value. We focus on reducing packaging waste, promoting environmentally friendly practices, and developing aresponsible supply chain. We guide our suppliers in ESGmanagement and foster their commitment to green and low-carbondevelopment. This approach ensures that we deeply and effectivelyimplement both national and corporate dual-carbon goals.
公司明确所有包装材料以食品安全、无污染、可降解、可回收再利用为标准,遵循绿色设计理念和“3R1D”原则(即减量Reduce、再利用Reuse、再循环Recycle、降解腐化Degradable),充分考虑对资源和环境的影响,努力使制造过程中对环境的总体负影响降到最小。
Kweichow Moutai mandates that all packaging materials meetstandards for food safety, non-pollution, degradability, andrecyclability. We adhere to green design principles and the “3R1D” principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Degradable), consideringtheir impact on resources and the environment. Our goal is tominimize the overall negative environmental impact of ourmanufacturing processes.
一、工作目标
I. Objectives
到2025年,构建供应商碳排放管理和协同减排体系,推动原材料生产、加工制造、包装、运输和物流企业持续碳减排,加速上下游供应链企业碳中和转型,供应链碳排放显著下降。
By 2025, we aim to establish a suppliercarbon emission management and collaborative reduction system. This initiative will drive continuous carbon reduction across rawmaterial production, manufacturing operations, packaging, transportation, and distribution. We will accelerate the carbonneutrality transformation of both upstream and downstream supplychain enterprises, significantly reducing overall supply chaincarbon emissions.
到2027年,针对公司范围内的所有包装材料,可再生包材占比较2024年基准值提升8%。
By 2027,for all packaging materials across the company, the proportion of renewable packaging materials will increase by 8% compared to the 2024 baseline value.
到2027年,基于公司已制定的《茅台酒空瓶回收项目实施方案》(适用公司范围内全部包装材料的循环回收),持续推进茅台酒空瓶等包装材料的回收资源化再利用工作,并逐步向全国推广。
By 2027, we will continue to promote the recycling and reuse of Moutai empty bottle recovery resources and gradually extend it to the whole country, based on the Implementation Plan for the Recovery Project of Empty Moutai Bottles formulated by the Company, which applies to the recovery and reuse of all packaging materials within the company wide.
二、主要措施
II. Specific Initiatives
一是探索轻量化材料。在保证包装强度、耐用性和安全性的前提下,使用更轻量的包装材料减少包装的总体积和重量,减少资源消耗。开展酒瓶轻量化改进攻关,采用纸塑复合材料、蜂窝纸板、轻质纸张、薄膜或薄型塑料等材料来替代传统的厚重材料。
First, explore the use of lightweight materials. In our effort to ensure the strength, durability, and safety of packaging, we are committed to using lighter packaging materials to reduce overall volume and weight, thereby decreasing resource consumption. Our research and development will focus on creating lighter bottles using materials like paper-plastic composites, honeycomb cardboard, lightweight paper, thin films, and thin plastics, replacing traditional heavy materials.
二是推广使用可循环材料。推动使用可回收、可再利用的包装材料,减少废弃物的产生,减少对新资源的需求,促进资源的循环利用;探索稻草、酒糟在纸浆脱模包装中的应用;在部分塑料瓶盖、彩盒印刷、丝带可降解等方面推广生物质材料替代。
Second, promote the use of recyclable materials.We are committed to reducing waste and conserving new resources by advocating for the use of recyclable and reusable packaging materials. Our efforts include exploring the use of straw and distiller grains in pulp molding packaging and promoting the use of biomass materials as substitutes in various applications, such as biodegradable plastic bottle caps, printed color boxes, and ribbons.
三是引入标准化和模块化设计。制定统一的包装标准和模 块化设计,实现包装的互换性和通用性,减少定制包装的需求, 降低材料消耗和生产成本。
Third, introduce standardized and modular design. Bydeveloping uniform packaging standards and modular designs, weaim to enhance the interchangeability and versatility of ourpackaging. This will reduce the need for custom packaging, lowermaterial consumption, and decrease production costs.
四是降低包装过程材料损耗。有效降低减少包装过程损耗率。围绕酒瓶、瓶盖等损耗较大包装材料,抓牢关键节点。
Fourth, reduce material loss in the packaging process. Weaim to effectively lower the loss rate during packaging, focusing onhigh-loss materials such as bottles and bottle caps.
五是针对包装材料制定可行的回收计划,将加强废弃包装材料的回收利用作为总体战略研究并实施。加大废纸、废塑料、废酒瓶等再生资源回收利用力度,打造闭环回收链,提高资源重复利用率,鼓励开发废弃物高值化处理,推动废弃物高附加值利用。
Fifth, formulate an extensive recycling program for packaging materials, and study and implement the enhancement of recycling of waste packaging materials as an overarching strategy. We are intensifying our efforts to recycle wastematerials such as paper, plastic, and glass bottles to create aclosed-loop recycling chain. By improving the rate of resourcereuse and encouraging the high-value utilization of waste, we willdrive the development of high-value-added applications forrecycled materials.
六是大力推广绿色物流。优化运输车队和路线,探索包材托盘化运输工作,持续推动包材去纸质周转箱运输工作,鼓励供应商在内部使用可循环周转箱代替一次性或不可循环的周转箱,降低资源浪费和环境污染,鼓励供应商优化运输方式,积极开展绿色物流应用研究,加快绿色清洁能源运输车辆的投入,减少运输过程碳排放。
Sixth, promote green logistics.We will improve in fleet and routes, explore the use ofpallets for transporting packaging materials and continuouslypromote the use of paperless turnover boxes. We encouragesuppliers to replace single-use or non-recyclable turnover boxeswith reusable ones to reduce resource waste and environmentalpollution. Additionally, we will work with suppliers to optimizetransportation methods, research green logistics practices, accelerate the deployment ofgreen and clean energy vehicles, and reduce carbon emissionsduring transportation.
七是加强全体消费者的回收教育工作。持续增加环保宣传和环保标志,倡导绿色发展理念,以标签形式向全体消费者进行包装材料的回收宣传。积极探索酒瓶、瓶盖等包装材料的绿色回收活动,充分调动消费者积极性,激发消费者的环保意识。
Seventh, strengthen recycling education for all consumers. Continuously increase environmental protection publicity and environmental protection signs, advocate the concept of green development, and promote the recycling of packaging materials to all consumers in the form of labels. Actively explore green recycling activities for packaging materials such as wine bottles and caps to fully mobilize consumers and stimulate their environmental awareness.
